Making a referral
We accept self-referrals or referrals made by a worker, friend, or family member. Initially referrals can be made by telephone, or by email.

We will try to gather information to make an initial assessment about whether the YWHP is an appropriate place or whether we can provide information about a more suitable service. Please note that we will need to have a safe number to make contact, please make sure you are in a place where you feel free to talk for a few minutes at least.

A face to face meeting will then be arranged to identify and discuss what is needed in more depth, an opportunity to ask any questions, and also to provide a chance to look around the accommodation. We endeavour to give feedback from this meeting within 48 hours.

Workers will be here to provide
On-site cover during the day, On-site night cover 8pm-8am seven days per week, On-call and emergency cover 24/7.

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 hours)
Salary: £22,221 Full Time
Contract: Fixed term contract due to end March 2013 (extension subject to funding)
