Re-Housing
We aim to equip our residents with the skills necessary to maintain a tenancy of their own when they move on. The Key Worker will work closely with the young woman throughout the move-on process. This will include making relevant applications to Housing Providers and to Grant Making Bodies. The Project will continue to support the women via its long-term outreach provision until a mutually agreed time.
