Referrals

• Referrals can be made by you or by your worker, friend, or family member initially by telephone, letter, or by e-mail.
  
  

Please note that we will need to have a safe number for us to contact you on and we will need to ask you some sensitive information for the initial referral so please make sure you are in a place where you feel free to talk for a few minutes at least.

• A meeting will be arranged between the you (who may attend with a friend or worker), and the Project. 
  
  
• Prior to this meeting we will ask that a referral form be completed in order to help assess and identify your needs. 
  
  
• The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss such needs and give the you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and also to give you a chance to look around the accommodation.

We endeavour to give feedback from this meeting within 48 hours.
