Danielle one of the therapists working with the Young Women’s Housing Project, introduces herself and talks about some of the sensory tools that she uses in her sessions. These can range from playful, colourful props like the rainbow caterpillar through to natural materials like pebbles and stones which can be held and used as an anchor of calm and regulation.
